A warm welcome with stunning views

The views were breathtaking! Waking up to a picturesque landscape was surreal. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hot tub provided a perfect relaxation spot after a day of hiking.

An evident lack of sound insulation made the refrigerator clicking hard to ignore during the night. It certainly affected the tranquility of our visit.

the hotel has some interesting features like motion sensor lights under the beds that are blindingly bright at night, utterly ruining my sleep. also, the lack of staff when we arrived was concerning. i expected a welcome gift as compensation for these inconveniences but received nothing, so this place was definitely not worth the price.

The lack of an elevator is absurd!!! Navigating between clusters can be like a maze!!! Insufficient room storage options led to a cluttered experience!!! I expected better for the price paid!!!

Families looking for space will love it

The room was super spacious with a cool kitchenette that kept all my late-night snacks in check. We lounged on the double balcony enjoying the view of Zion rocks like we were in a postcard.

It wasn’t cheap but worth it for the experience.

We had a lovely time at Hotel De Novo Springdale, Tapestry Collection By Hilton! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Every room has a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The shuttle service to Zion National Park was super convenient and right across the street, making our trip hassle-free. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which made our stay more enjoyable!

Just a proper fit for a passing visit in Springdale with good value considering price it charged. The free shuttle to Zion was a huge plus, making our trip to the park hassle-free. Try to arrive early to avoid any check-in delays.
